Our Constitution

Article 1: Name and Jurisdiction

The organization shall be known as the **Sayukt Kranti Party (S.K.P.)**. While registered as a political entity, it shall function as a comprehensive social movement dedicated to the holistic development of our nation. Its jurisdiction extends to the entire territory of India and its members globally.

Article 2: Fundamental Objectives

The foundational goal of S.K.P. is to build a society where:

• Equality: Every citizen has equal access to opportunity regardless of background.
• Integrity: Public service is conducted with the highest ethical standards.
• Resilience: Communities are self-sufficient and capable of solving local issues.

Article 3: Code of Conduct

Every member of S.K.P. is bound by a strict code of conduct. Any member found engaging in communal hatred, corruption, or anti-national activities shall be expelled following a fair internal inquiry. We prioritize character over capability.
